Willow Gardens Care Center

Willow Gardens is a ninety-one bed nursing facility located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in south Marion. Twenty-six beds are in the  Medicare Certified Skilled Nursing Facility. The remaining sixty-five beds are in Willow Gardens Intermediate Care Facility. Two levels of care in one facility provide movement between Skilled Nursing and Intermediate Care with less disruption for the resident and family. Both levels of care strive for a more home-like environment and encourage residents to bring furnishing and decorations from home.
